Roadzen Reports Record Revenue, 42% Growth and Strong Path to Profitability

Roadzen (NASDAQ: RDZN) reported the strongest quarter in the company’s history, with fourth-quarter revenue of $16.1 million, representing 42% year-over-year growth, while full-year fiscal 2026 revenue reached a record $50 million. The company also significantly reduced its net loss, with the net loss attributable to ordinary shareholders declining by approximately 69% compared to the prior fiscal year.

Roadzen’s AI-powered platform now processes more than 3 million insurance claims annually and leverages over 4 billion miles of proprietary real-world driving data to support precision underwriting, claims automation, telematics, and driver intelligence. CEO Rohan Malhotra says the company has clear visibility toward achieving a $100 million annualized revenue run rate and positive adjusted EBITDA during the coming fiscal year.
