PetVivo Holdings (NASDAQ: PETV) is advancing its long-term regenerative medicine strategy through the acquisition of PZOBio, a biotechnology company originally spun out of the University of Connecticut. The acquisition combines complementary technologies that PetVivo believes will strengthen its regenerative medicine platform for veterinary healthcare while potentially creating future opportunities in human medical applications.

At the center of the acquisition is PZOBio’s proprietary nanofiber technology, which was developed to support tissue and cartilage regeneration.
