American Fusion Expands Texas Data Center Pipeline and Advances Texatron Testing Plans

American Fusion, developer of the proprietary Texatron fusion energy platform, has announced several corporate and operational developments as it advances its technology toward potential commercial deployment. The company is preparing proposals for at least four additional Texas data center projects, while negotiating financing proposals from established investment banking institutions and finalizing the engagement of a new independent auditor.

American Fusion is also preparing to occupy a newly permitted research and assembly facility and working toward acquiring property for a permanent research and testing campus in North Texas. Meanwhile, the company continues refining its Texatron technology, with plans to resume testing at Texas Tech University and expand research activities to additional locations as it pursues future commercialization opportunities.
