YY Force Reports $38M in Assets as AI, Robotics and Global Operations Expand

YY Force, an AI-enabled workforce management and integrated facility management provider, reported approximately $38 million in total assets as of June 30, 2026, equivalent to about $11.88 per share, based on unaudited financial data. The company also reported approximately $25.2 million in net assets, equivalent to about $7.87 per share.

During the first half of 2026, YY Force advanced its AI and robotics initiatives, including scalable AI training-data capabilities and robotics applications across hospitality, security, and facilities management. The company also expanded operations across international markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Egypt, and Malaysia while serving clients in hospitality, food and beverage, financial services, and transportation.
