Big Sky Industrial Reports Strong Q2 Progress Ahead of First Revenue in 2027

Aug 12, 2026

Big Sky Industrial reported its financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, highlighting significant construction and development progress at its flagship Big Sky Carbon Hub in Montana. The company remains on track to begin commercial operations and generate its first revenue in the first quarter of 2027, while advancing Phase 1 processing facilities, installing critical infrastructure, and completing its corporate rebrand.

During the quarter, Big Sky Industrial also executed a five-year, 100% take-or-pay helium offtake agreement with an investment-grade global industrial gas customer, expanded its senior secured credit facility, and invested $9.6 million into the Carbon Hub during the first six months of 2026. According to President and CEO Ryan Smith, these milestones materially reduce execution risk and strengthen the company’s transition from a legacy exploration and production business to an integrated industrial gas, energy, and carbon management company.
