YY Group Acquires Extreme Solutions to Accelerate Revenue and Digital Growth

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) has completed the acquisition of a 95% interest in Extreme Solutions, a Singapore-based distribution company, for a total consideration of S$4.5 million. The acquisition strengthens YY Group’s AI-enabled workforce management and integrated facility management platform while expanding its presence in Singapore through an established and profitable distribution business.

According to the company, Extreme Solutions generated approximately US$4.7 million in revenue based on unaudited financial statements and is expected to be accretive to revenue and net profit beginning in the first full quarter after closing. YY Group also sees significant growth potential by expanding the company’s underdeveloped digital sales channels while building on its established customer relationships.
