Lantern Pharma (NASDAQ: LTRN) has announced the formal launch of Open Medicine AI (OMAI) along with new commercial licensing agreements that establish the operating structure for its multi-agent AI co-scientist platform. The agreements, approved by Lantern Pharma’s Board of Directors, build on the company’s previously introduced Zeta AI technology and support the commercialization of advanced AI-driven biomedical research tools.

OMAI will continue developing the multi-agent AI architecture first validated in oncology and rare cancer research while expanding its applications into broader disease areas. The new corporate structure is designed to support independent growth, create additional commercial opportunities, and maintain strategic alignment with Lantern Pharma’s clinical development programs and long-term shareholder value.
