PetVivo Expands Regenerative Medicine Platform With Piezo Biomembrane Acquisition

PetVivo Holdings (NASDAQ: PETV) announced an agreement and plan of merger to acquire Piezo Biomembrane, Inc. (PBM), a developer of advanced functional biomaterials and piezoelectric technologies. Following completion of the transaction, PBM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmeta Corp., PetVivo’s operating division focused on biomaterials, regenerative medicine, and intellectual property development.

The acquisition is designed to strengthen PetVivo’s position in regenerative medicine, biomaterials innovation, and advanced therapeutic technologies for both animal health and future biomedical applications. Management believes the addition of PBM’s technology platform will support the commercialization, licensing, and development of next-generation regenerative medicine solutions across multiple markets.
