IGC Pharma Reaches Key Enrollment Milestone in Alzheimer’s Phase 2 Trial

IGC Pharma announced that its Phase 2 CALMA clinical trial evaluating IGC-AD1 for agitation associated with Alzheimer’s dementia has reached its previously disclosed enrollment target, with 146 patients randomized at baseline. The milestone marks an important step as the company advances toward database lock and future top-line results.

To help maintain its target evaluable patient population, IGC Pharma plans limited over-enrollment to account for potential participant attrition during the study. The company believes this approach will strengthen the overall dataset and support the robustness of future clinical analyses as the trial progresses toward completion.
