Lantern Pharma Reports Encouraging Phase 2 Lung Cancer Trial Data

Lantern Pharma (NASDAQ: LTRN) reported new clinical data from its ongoing Phase 2 Harmonic trial, evaluating LP-300 in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who progressed after TKI-based therapy. The company says emerging results suggest progression-free survival benefits may strengthen with longer treatment duration.

According to Lantern, the strongest signal appears in the EGFR exon 21 L858R subgroup, a molecularly defined patient population facing poor prognosis and limited treatment options after frontline targeted therapy. The company has also furnished presentation materials and trial updates through a current Form 8-K filing.
