Stardust Power Appoints Former Piedmont Lithium Exec as General Counsel | NewsOut

Energy and critical minerals investors: Stardust Power, an American developer of battery-grade lithium carbonate, has appointed Bruce Zacker as General Counsel, effective immediately, strengthening its legal and governance leadership as the company advances major U.S. lithium projects.

Reporting from the New York Stock Exchange, Jane King explains that Zacker brings more than 30 years of experience across publicly listed energy and mining companies, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Piedmont Lithium, where he advised on corporate strategy, regulatory compliance, securities financing, and M&A.
