YY Group Launches AI Workforce Platform for Hotels Across Southeast Asia

YY Group Holdings (NASDAQ: YYGH) has launched Open Claw, a new agentic AI workforce management platform designed to automate staffing and operational workflows across the hospitality industry. The platform is already live with multiple hotel clients in Southeast Asia and is expected to expand further through the second half of 2026.

Open Claw integrates with existing hotel management tools to automate shift creation, worker outreach, staffing coordination, and workforce planning. YY Group says the technology is intended to improve operational efficiency, increase shift fulfillment, and support long-term margin expansion through AI-driven workforce optimization.
