Industry veteran Ken Pitts has been named Director of Construction and Subcontracts. Based in Houston, Pitts brings over 25 years of experience managing global energy and industrial projects. He will lead on-site project execution and subcontract portfolios during Phase One construction of the refinery—expected to produce up to 50,000 metric tons per year once operational.
This appointment marks a strategic step forward in project delivery, timeline control, and cost management for one of the most ambitious domestic lithium facilities in the U.S. energy transition.
