YY Force Partners With Singapore Hotels to Deploy Service Robots Across 772-Room Complex

YY Force is partnering with Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens to introduce service robots across a 772-room hotel precinct. The collaboration combines an operational robotics rollout with research into AI and humanoid robotics, using real-world hotel environments, including guest rooms, restaurants, and event spaces, to evaluate new hospitality technologies.

The initiative aims to improve service consistency and reduce repetitive delivery, transport, and cleaning tasks, allowing hotel employees to spend more time serving guests. YY Force will provide robotics technology and technical support while working with the hotels to develop an integrated human-AI and robotics workforce model for the hospitality industry.
