SyncMeOn Uses AI to Modernize Restaurant Procurement and Cut Costly Ordering Mistakes

Oct 2, 2026

SyncMeOn co-founder Alex Morovioff explains how the company is building a digital procurement platform connecting restaurants directly with suppliers. Designed as a centralized marketplace, the platform aims to give restaurants greater visibility into suppliers, pricing and purchasing while addressing a procurement process that still often relies on phone calls, WhatsApp and fragmented systems.

SyncMeOn plans to use AI to automate purchasing, identify unusual orders before they become costly mistakes, reduce fraud and human error, and help restaurants manage inventory and sourcing more efficiently. The company is already operating in New York with more than 3,000 products on its platform and plans to expand into additional U.S. states, including Florida, following its next fundraising round.
