Stardust Power Signs LOI with Mandrake Resources for U.S. Lithium Supply | NewsOut | NYSE

Nov 3, 2025

Investors and energy sector analysts: Stardust Power — the American developer of battery-grade lithium carbonate — has signed an LOI with Mandrake Resources to secure 7,500 metric tons per year of lithium carbonate equivalent in the form of lithium chloride from Mandrake’s Utah Lithium Project.

The lithium chloride will be shipped directly into Stardust Power’s Muskogee, Oklahoma processing facility — strengthening a domestic U.S. supply chain as the company moves toward its final investment decision and the beginning of major construction.

The Utah project’s location gives Mandrake logistical advantages — with immediate access to transport routes and infrastructure that delivers efficiently to the Port of Muskogee — located near Stardust Power’s refinery site.
